How do I return my Skin if I’m not satisfied?

Pro Skinz stands behind the quality of our products. Our ability to provide a warranty relies on the integrity and honesty of our customers. The 14 day Return/Exchange Policy applies to product only and is decided at the sole discretion of the Pro Skinz Customer Service team. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your wrap purchase, Pro Skinz will offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of the order date.

If a refund is requested, the wrap must be returned in new/unused condition.  Refunds will be processed with a payment method that you Prefer it .

If an exchange is requested, you will be asked to cover all shipping costs involved.  Once shipping is paid, Pro Skinz will send out a new item of equal or lesser value of the original.

If Pro Skinz determines that the wrap is used, Sorry we can’t refund your Money . All refunds will be in the amount of the product only, no shipping costs.
